Oregon Holocaust Memorial Tour

Guided tours of the Oregon Holocaust Memorial are led by trained volunteer educators and typically last an hour. While tours of the Oregon Holocaust Memorial are always free, we ask, and if you are able, for a $25 donation to cover basic administrative costs.

Tours are available for groups of up to 75 people between 9am and 3pm. One chaperone for every 10 students is required for school groups.

Memorial tours take place rain or shine, so we encourage you to dress accordingly. In case of severe weather, an OJMCHE educator will reach out to you to discuss the best path forward for your group. For questions about Memorial tours, please email education@ojmche.org

“I just feel so lucky to have had this opportunity to visit the Oregon Holocaust Memorial. The volunteer educator explained everything so clearly and I got to learn so many things I never knew about. The thing that stood out to me the most was the anonymous quotes on the wall. Although they were short, they showed deep meaning and told visitors how the Holocaust survivors felt during these points in their lives. Thank you for everything the volunteer educators helped me learned.” Student from Mount View Middle School
